1. Manage and lead the technical team, including line support and maintenance technicians, in their various activities such as production support, preventive maintenance, and technical action plans.
2. Monitor and enhance team performance through key performance indicators specific to the workshop.
3. Develop team members through evaluations, recruitment participation, training follow-ups, and promoting versatility.
4. Oversee and verify maintenance operations and intervention reports using CMMS.
5. Prepare and conduct team routines focused on performance indicators and maintenance.
6. Contribute to the integration of new equipment and industrialization of new products.
7. Source and evaluate external service providers and manage maintenance budgets.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
2. Minimum 5 years of significant experience in technical and maintenance roles.
3. Proven experience in team management.
