4. Oversee and verify maintenance operations and intervention reports using CMMS.
5. Prepare and conduct team routines focused on performance indicators and maintenance.
6. Contribute to the integration of new equipment and industrialization of new products.
7. Source and evaluate external service providers and manage maintenance budgets.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
2. Minimum 5 years of significant experience in technical and maintenance roles.
3. Proven experience in team management.
