Christian Dior Tech ERP Project Assistant

1. Prepare and formalize test scenarios in collaboration with business teams and Beauty Tech experts.
2. Participate in the construction of the test library and organize the testing phase.
3. Monitor the progress of test schedules and coordinate with identified testers.
4. Learn and utilize automation tools for end-to-end test automation planning.
5. Define necessary data sets for test execution and execute test automation.
6. Draft a training manual for the maintenance of automated test tools.
7. Assist in defining user role and authorization strategies.
8. Contribute to the identification and assignment of user roles within the system.
9. Ensure consistency between assigned roles and business profiles, consolidate data in Excel, and track updates.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or University with a specialization in Information Systems or Digital Transformation.

1. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Suite.
2. Understanding of IT project phases and basic project management knowledge.
3. Interest in process automation (low-code solutions, RPA, or equivalent).
4. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and IT architecture issues.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and formalize complex information.
6. Curiosity for technology, a penchant for challenges, and a desire to learn.
7. Ability to work collaboratively, interact, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
8. Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or related field.

Compensation between €1500 and €1650, depending on educational level.
