Christian Dior Tech ERP Project Assistant

1. Contribute to the preparation and formalization of test scenarios in collaboration with business teams and Beauty Tech experts.
2. Participate in the construction of the test library and organization of the testing phase.
3. Monitor test planning progress and coordinate with identified testers.
4. Learn and utilize test automation tools, developing end-to-end test automation plans with application experts.
5. Define necessary data sets for test execution and manage the automation process.
6. Draft a training manual for the maintenance of automated test tools.
7. Assist in defining user role and authorization strategies.
8. Identify and assign user roles within the system, ensuring consistency with business profiles.
9. Consolidate data in Excel and track updates.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or University with a focus on Information Systems or Digital Transformation.
2. Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office suite.
3. Understanding of IT project phases and basic project management knowledge.
4. Interest in process automation (low-code solutions, RPA, or equivalent).
5. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus) and IT architecture challenges.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize and formalize complex information.
7. Curiosity for technology, a penchant for challenges, and a desire to learn.
8. Ability to work collaboratively, interact, and coordinate with various stakeholders.
9. Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

A stipend ranging from €1500 to €1650 depending on the level of study.
