1. Contribute to the monitoring and coordination of projects, including meetings, reporting, and ticket tracking.
2. Develop and configure functionalities within Salesforce Service Cloud.
3. Conduct functional and technical testing, including data flows, bug fixes, and test plans.
4. Support the deployment of solutions, including production launches, user creation, Hypercare support, and anomaly resolution.
5. Lead demonstrations in English for local teams.

1. Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or university with a focus on information systems, digital transformation, CRM, or data/IT management.

1. Strong interest in project management and CRM.
2. Basic knowledge of data modeling/SQL and system interactions.
3. Autonomous, curious, and adaptable to diverse environments and stakeholders.
4. Excellent communication and influence skills in both French and English.

Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, business, or a related field.

Compensation between €1500 and €1650, depending on the level of study.
