- Manage the partner portfolio across TECH categories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop procurement strategies.
- Optimize shared procurement categories with Group Purchasing.
- Support business units and actively participate in needs analysis.
- Prepare consultation files from needs identification to performance measurement post-negotiation.
- Analyze and synthesize quotations.
- Negotiate costs, quality, timelines, and terms (pricing, legal guarantees, SLAs).
- Draft contracts in collaboration with the legal department.
- Manage NDA and contract signings.
- Resolve conflicts and disputes with partners.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes.
- Collect year-end rebates from partners and the Group.
- Integrate CSR considerations into evaluations using available tools.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, ideally with a specialization in Procurement.
- Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience with a similar portfolio.
- Knowledge of TECH categories, including Digital, SAAS, hardware procurement, and TECH services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and in teams.
- Proficiency in drafting tender specifications.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Negotiation skills and in-depth market analysis and management capabilities.
- Initiative-taking and proactive approach.
- Proficiency in office tools (PPT, Excel, IAGen, etc.) and fluency in English.
