1. Serve as an expert on fragrance, makeup, and skincare to achieve set sales targets.
2. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their product knowledge and confidence.
3. Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury standard of service to customers.
4. Achieve or exceed personal and team sales targets.
5. Link sell across product divisions to increase average transaction value and units.
6. Initiate contact with customers, engage them, and build personal relationships to gain loyalty.
7. Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
8. Support the Business Manager in leading the team and ensuring brand representation through appearance and behavior.
9. Monitor stock levels and report issues to management.
10. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
11. Adhere to company procedures and policies and build relationships with store management.
