1. Drive sales by achieving personal sales targets and leading the team to meet theirs.
2. Provide expert advice on fragrance, makeup, and skincare to enhance product knowledge and confidence among team members.

4. Link sell across product divisions to increase average transaction value and units.
5. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty and educate them on Parfums Christian Dior products.
6. Support the Business Manager in leading the team, ensuring brand representation through appearance and behavior.
7. Monitor stock levels and report issues to management, ensuring adequate inventory.
8. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
9. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
10. Represent Parfums Christian Dior as a brand ambassador at all times.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
