1. Provide comprehensive office coordination, including management of supplies, couriers, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for the Travel Retail team.
2. Support the Training Manager with activities such as uniform and product allowance coordination.
3. Manage purchase orders, verify and track invoices and expenses, and liaise with the Shared Services Centre on payments.
4. Assist with budget preparation, particularly in tracking BC salaries and T&E, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
5. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and visitor itineraries.
6. Support the sales cycle preparation with materials, samples, and updated documents.
7. Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders (Retail, Training, VM, HR) and external vendors (retailers, catering, event coordinators).

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the Travel Retail or luxury beauty industry.

1. Detail-oriented with a strong command of Microsoft Office.
2. Confidence in handling budgets and financial reporting.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Travel Retail or luxury beauty industry.
