1. Contribute to the development of internal tools and presentations supporting the sustainability strategy.
2. Develop content for internal and external communication to support sustainability initiatives.
3. Consolidate the international event calendar and propose relevant communication angles (e.g., Climate Day, Biodiversity Day).
4. Participate in the design of the upcoming Sustainability Report, including benchmarking, data analysis, content writing, and selection of visual materials.
5. Assist in organizing the next Engagement Week, an international event celebrating the brand's commitment to societal and environmental impact.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or communication school with a focus on sustainability.
2. Possess six key behavioral competencies aligned with Dior's values: stakeholder management, integrity, attention to detail, strategic vision, change management, and problem-solving.

1. Proficiency in communication tools and creation of materials (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for strategic presentations and internal tools.
2. Ability to produce, structure, and write internal and external communication content in both French and English.
3. Project management and event coordination skills (planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination).
4. Aptitude for data analysis, benchmarking, and contributing to institutional report writing, particularly related to sustainability issues.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
