- Ensure strategic allocation of stock throughout the product lifecycle to meet global market demand plans.
- Collaborate closely with upstream Supply Chain teams to ensure product availability aligns with market needs.
- Anticipate and manage risks of shortages or overstock to achieve performance indicators.
- Integrate regulatory constraints specific to different markets.
- Communicate effectively the impacts and decisions related to the allocation plan.
- Manage stock levels for end-of-life products and global launches of new innovations.
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Supply Chain environment
- Fluent in English
- Strong communication skills
- Rigorous with excellent analytical and synthesis skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize
- Agile and adaptable
- Collaborative leadership
