- Define and implement service measurement indicators for clients across various flow types (B2B/B2C) and associated transport modes (Road/Sea/Air).
- Construct and lead daily performance reviews on selected pilot flows, identifying and justifying these in advance.
- Gradually extend the approach to other flows and transport providers.
- Propose internal and external change management solutions linked to implemented actions.
- Identify opportunities for automating daily service reporting.
- Currently pursuing final year of engineering studies with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in decision-support tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information succinctly and persuasively.

No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking a final-year internship or gap year placement in Supply Chain/Flow Management.
