- Serve as the primary liaison within central operations and across markets, acting as a business partner to construct forecasts and refine stock levels of finished products, components, or raw materials.
- Collaborate with management to establish an 'Inventory Management' function within the Supply Chain, involving the definition of organization, processes, KPIs/Scorecards, and management tools both centrally and in subsidiaries.
- Manage central stock levels, including finished products, components, and raw materials, and develop methodologies and tools for setting annual stock targets.
- Construct monthly stock projections and oversee year-end stock landings, contributing significantly to the central S&OP integrated 'Stock Review'.
- Lead and facilitate stock reviews in subsidiaries, proposing annual targets and implementing a common scorecard across regions to evaluate stock value, coverage, risk levels, P&L impacts, depreciations, and destructions.
- Engage in strategic ancillary topics with the Supply Chain team, such as managing product end-of-life, constructing and monitoring regulatory action plans, and optimizing customer returns.
- Currently enrolled in the final year of an engineering program with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Demonstrated interest in understanding markets and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Proven ability to propose solutions, coupled with curiosity and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
