Parfums Christian Dior Supply Chain Demand Planner Intern

- Ensure the reliability of sales forecasts for assigned product portfolio within the S&OP process.
- Contribute to the redesign of forecasting methodologies using new approaches and tools such as Machine Learning.
- Collaborate closely with subsidiaries and marketing, financial, and commercial teams to execute actions and development.
- Serve as the primary contact for markets, acting as a business partner to build, refine, and challenge short- and medium-term forecasts.
- Ensure forecast coherence based on marketing strategy, market specifics, and local activation plans.
- Prepare and lead meetings with various communities to challenge and gather business and supply chain information for the S&OP decision-making process.
- Monitor key indicators (Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Budget Variance) and establish necessary corrective action plans.
- Propose continuous improvement solutions and contribute to defining targets in the business process redesign.
- Educate and train an international community of forecasters on best practices and deployed evolutions to sustain solutions.
- Student in the final year of an engineering program with a focus on Supply Chain.
- Strong interest in understanding markets and engaging with business challenges.
- Recognized for being proactive, curious, and having strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Process/project and results-oriented.
- Reactive, adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in analytical tools (PBI, Excel).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize information and present it convincingly.
No prior experience required; suitable for students seeking a final-year internship or gap year placement.
