1. Optimize demand planning for Dior using advanced forecasting techniques.
2. Review and update product forecasts based on performance metrics, market trends, and inventory strategies.
3. Monitor prediction methodologies and performance reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Manage Point of Sale Materials (POSM) consumption and implement corrective actions as needed.
5. Drive continuous process improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
6. Monitor inventory levels to minimize obsolescence and ensure optimal stock availability.

1. Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 6 months of experience in Supply Chain, Production, or Demand Planning within the Luxury or FMCG industry.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
5. Proactive, autonomous, and a team-oriented mindset.

1. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Expertise in Excel and SAP; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
3. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

At least 6 months of experience in Supply Chain, Production, or Demand Planning within the Luxury or FMCG industry.
