7. Manage stockroom operations and coordinate assortment with the back-office team.

1. Commercial training in retail or equivalent qualification with a retail focus.
2. Several years of experience in premium/luxury retail.
3. Extensive experience in leading a high-performance store team.
4. Strong experience in developing a robust CRM network.
5. Comprehensive understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury markets.

1. Fluent in German and English, with Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic as an advantage.
2. Analytical mindset with proficiency in handling metrics to derive actionable insights.
3. Open, confident personality with strong sales and communication skills.
4. Empathetic and practical leadership style.

Minimum 3 years of experience in premium/luxury retail and team leadership.

Commercial training in retail or equivalent qualification.
