1. Independently manage the store and lead, motivate, and develop the team according to retail KPIs and sales targets, including staff planning.
2. Provide professional, individual, and unique customer consultations following Dior guidelines.
3. Build and develop a strong and exclusive customer base.
4. Expand the CRM database and conduct and monitor clienteling and CRM activities.
5. Ensure excellent service levels through a customer-oriented mindset and set an example for the team.
6. Conduct regular performance reporting, competitive analysis, and trend observation.
7. Manage stockroom and coordinate assortment with the back office team.

1. Commercial training in retail or a comparable qualification with a retail focus.

1. Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Russian, Mandarin, or Arabic is an advantage.
2. Analytical thinking and experience with key figures to derive actions.
3. Open, confident personality with strong sales and communication skills.
4. Empathetic and practical leadership style.

Minimum 3 years of experience in premium/luxury retail and leading a high-performance store team. Extensive experience in developing a strong CRM network and a solid understanding of the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury market.
