Stock Assistant

1. Take ownership of the stock file for the account, including administration, movement, security, replenishment, and audits.
2. Proactively monitor deliveries of stock and NSV deliveries.
3. Monitor and process RGAs/NPAs.
4. Prepare and anticipate for key trading moments such as promotional sites, sales periods, and Christmas period.
5. Work as part of a team and build strong relationships with account management, store management, and buyers.
6. Support Head Office needs for deliveries to store.
7. Ensure accurate stock take results for the account and store.
8. Participate in merchandise management in line with Corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Counter Manager.
10. Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
11. Adhere to all Company procedures and policies.
12. Build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
13. Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.
