1. Manage the stock file for the account, including administration, movement, security, replenishment, and audits.
2. Monitor deliveries of stock and NSV deliveries proactively.
3. Process RGAs/NPAs efficiently.
4. Prepare for key trading moments such as promotional sites, sales periods, and the Christmas period.
5. Collaborate with account management, store management, and buyers to build strong relationships.
6. Support Head Office needs for deliveries to the store.
7. Ensure accurate stock take results for the account and store.
8. Participate in merchandise management in line with Corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Counter Manager.
10. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
11. Act as a Parfums Christian Dior brand ambassador.
12. Adhere to all Company and store policies and procedures.
13. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
