1. Manage the stock file for the account, including administration, movement, security, replenishment, and conducting weekly and monthly audits.
2. Proactively monitor stock deliveries and NSV (Net Sales Value) deliveries.
3. Monitor and process RGAs (Returned Goods Authorizations) and NPAs (New Product Authorizations).
4. Prepare for key trading moments such as promotional events, sales periods, and the Christmas season.
5. Collaborate with account management, store management, and buyers to build strong relationships.
6. Support Head Office needs for store deliveries.
7. Ensure accurate stock take results for the account and store.
8. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
9. Monitor stock levels, report issues to the Counter Manager, and ensure sufficient stock levels.
10. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
11. Represent Parfums Christian Dior as a brand ambassador.
12. Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
13. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies and procedures.
14. Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
