- Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies for Japanese social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Oversee social media campaign planning and budget allocation, optimizing resource use and ensuring measurable ROI.
- Deliver performance reports and strategic dashboards, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
- Act as a strategic liaison between Japan and global headquarters, ensuring local execution reflects global brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop integrated campaigns leveraging social media as a key consumer touchpoint.
- Lead social listening efforts to monitor brand sentiment and identify emerging trends, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
- Stay ahead of evolving beauty trends and consumer behaviors, identifying opportunities for digital innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or social listening within the beauty, luxury, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven ability to extract and synthesize consumer insights from social listening tools.
- Hands-on experience managing content and campaigns on Japanese platforms.
- Budget management skills and experience measuring campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with global HQ and cross-functional teams.
- Native-level Japanese communication skills and business-level English proficiency.
