1. Deliver brand training and development activities, ensuring alignment with brand values and standards.
2. Prepare and customize learning materials to meet local demands, enhancing Central training programs.
3. Conduct training sessions on skincare services and treatment techniques.
4. Collaborate on content creation and storytelling through videos for digital learning engagement.
5. Implement onboarding training programs for new hires and provide follow-up coaching at the point of sale.
6. Execute upskilling certification for existing Beauty Consultants and skincare teams, conducting regular coaching to enhance skincare performance.
7. Monitor and organize field coaching to ensure Beauty Consultants apply training information and skills effectively.
8. Contribute to regional and global requirements by consolidating, evaluating, analyzing, and reporting on training programs.

1. University degree in a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in beauty training and development.
3. Professional certification such as CIDESCO or CIBTAC is advantageous.
4. Experience in the luxury beauty sector is preferred.

2. Proficiency in digital platforms, including e-learning and social media.
3. Strong motivational and inspirational abilities.
4. Creative mindset with a result-oriented approach.
5. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
6. Fluency in English and Mandarin.

A minimum of 5 years in beauty training and development, preferably within the luxury sector.

University degree in a related discipline.
