- Conduct Dior Private Skin Treatments, including facial treatments, bespoke micro peeling, and treatments for men.
- Provide personalized skincare diagnosis and consultation to customers and manage bookings for skincare treatment services.
- Educate customers on Dior products, skincare application techniques, routines, and the Dior brand ethos.
- Achieve monthly retail sales and facial treatment targets.
- Support team with planning and executing key events and PR activities as required.
- Ensure the 'Welcome to Dior' approach is consistently applied in every client interaction.
- Manage client bookings and build tailored client profiles for treatments offered.
- Attend regular bespoke training sessions to enhance product and service knowledge.
- Sell Dior products and skincare treatments, maintaining a high standard of service throughout the sales process using Dior professional selling techniques.
- Cross-sell makeup and fragrance, adopting a holistic approach to customer service.
- Coach Beauty Consultants on skincare diagnosis, consultation, gestures, and application tips.
- Update client data in the iPOS tool, including all sales and client profiles.
- Develop and utilize a customer database on iPOS to build clientele through phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
- Ensure cabins meet hygiene and quality standards consistently.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager to ensure sufficient stock, particularly of skincare products.
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Adhere to Dior grooming guidelines and maintain cabin and store standards.
- Respect corporate and counter rules, reporting to trade store management and operational staff.
- Represent the brand values to clients, consistently demonstrating a Dior attitude.
- At least 5 years of experience in skincare therapy or a related field.
- Proficient selling and customer-service skills.
- Confirmed aptitude in skincare application on face and body, particularly in high-level skincare treatments and use of skincare tools.
- Completed training in skincare knowledge, face and body applications.
- Excellent product knowledge in cosmetics, especially skincare and skincare treatments.
- Comprehensive understanding of face and body anatomy, muscles, skin, and their functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Ability and willingness to coach and develop others in skincare diagnosis and consultation.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in skincare therapy or a related field is required.
