4. Educate clients and Dior ambassadors on skincare trends and product applications.
5. Create and implement in-store events to drive skincare sales.
6. Initiate contact with customers, focusing on skincare products.
7. Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty.
8. Lead by example in delivering outstanding service to all clients.
9. Update client data and sales information using the ipos tool.
10. Build and utilize a customer database to enhance clientele relationships.
11. Demonstrate products on clients, focusing on skincare benefits.
12. Conduct in-store coaching to enhance Dior Ambassadors' skincare knowledge.
13. Stay informed on recent skincare trends and advancements.
14. Adhere to company procedures and policies.
15. Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
16. Contribute to skincare events and lead them when appropriate.
17. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
18. Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
19. Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
2. Expertise in skincare with knowledge of makeup and fragrance.
3. Previous experience in creating and implementing events.
4. Professional image reflecting Dior and host store expectations.

1. Excellent skincare knowledge and creativity to inspire others.
2. Strong communication skills to convey skincare knowledge to colleagues and customers.
3. Ability to coach and train other Dior Ambassadors.
4. Proactive sales ability with a focus on driving skincare business.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
