- Plan, execute, and review all product management and local promotions to enhance skincare sales across channels.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive 360-degree plan for new product launches.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to strengthen Dior's market presence.
- Prepare strategic marketing platforms, including product concepts, launch strategies, and advertising materials.
- Manage and monitor the strategic product portfolio and annual marketing calendar.
- Develop and oversee national and local promotion programs, including sampling plans.
- Provide product information and training to sales teams to ensure clear communication of product concepts.
- Analyze sales data and report findings to management, recommending necessary actions.
- Collaborate with supply planning and central marketing to ensure stable product delivery during launches.
- Control and propose budgets for new product launches and promotions.
- University degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum of five years of professional experience, with at least three years in the prestige cosmetics market, preferably in skincare.
- Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Japanese.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and accountable with excellent communication skills.
