Parfums Christian Dior Skincare Marketing Intern

- Conduct monthly sell-out and new product performance analysis reports.
- Gather qualitative feedback on new product launches from the field.
- Compile and report on competitive market information, including new launches and seasonal offerings.
- Perform weekly store visits within London for market insights.
- Manage purchase orders and track budgetary allocations for marketing activities.
- Monitor and reconcile the marketing budget, negotiating with local suppliers as needed.
- Develop and produce marketing materials in alignment with product managers' guidelines.
- Update the team weekly with information from Dior Info.
- Support skincare events and initiatives such as Dior Prestige La Suite and Le Salon.
- Create marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate in-store and online events and trade activities.
- Allocate samples, testers, and POS materials for new launches and events.
- Prepare monthly newsletters and sales presentations.
- Implement the Gift With Purchase (GWP) plan and other trade activities.
- Respond to trade and field team requests and contribute creative ideas.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing within the luxury goods or FMCG sectors.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint with a creative flair for presentations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Solution-oriented decision-making skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for beauty and luxury brands.
Beginner level experience in marketing, ideally within the luxury retail industry or FMCG sector.
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
