Parfums Christian Dior Skincare Marketing Intern

- Compile monthly sell-out reports and conduct new product performance analysis.
- Gather qualitative field feedback on new launches.
- Collect, organize, and report on competitive information regarding new launches and seasonal activities.
- Conduct a minimum of one store visit per week in London.
- Manage purchase orders and track budgets for marketing activities weekly.
- Monitor the marketing budget, negotiate with suppliers, and reconcile internal systems.
- Ensure the media budget is consistently updated.
- Develop and produce marketing materials in alignment with product managers' guidelines.
- Update the team weekly with information from Dior Info.
- Support Dior Prestige La Suite, Le Salon, and skincare events.
- Create marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate event and trade activities both in-store and online.
- Allocate samples, testers, and POS materials for new launches and events.
- Prepare monthly newsletters and sales presentations.
- Implement the GWP plan and other trade activities.
- Follow up on various requests from the trade and field team.
- Contribute creative ideas within the department.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing within the luxury goods or FMCG sectors.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Strong initiative and proactive approach to tasks.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Solution-oriented decision-making skills.
- Analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Passion for beauty and luxury brands.
Beginner level experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or FMCG industries.
Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or similar.
