- Provide technical support for global projects to address Asian market needs.
- Monitor new technologies in Asia and provide assessments to management and counterparts.
- Ensure timely feedback on quality issues for continuous improvement in formulation and packaging.
- Advanced scientific degree in chemistry, formulation, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the cosmetic industry with expertise in skincare formulation.
- Native-level fluency in Japanese (e.g., JLPT N1 or equivalent).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in skincare formulation and product development.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and competitive activities.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
A minimum of 10 years in the cosmetic industry, with a strong focus on skincare formulation.
Advanced scientific degree in chemistry, formulation, or a related field.
