1. Present and elucidate complex aspects of visual merchandising projects to internal teams, retailers, and global headquarters to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
2. Manage the annual budget with continuous oversight and adjustments as necessary.
3. Oversee specific fragrance promotional activities outside Dior counters, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and marketing strategies.
4. Define action plans and timelines for each project, adhering to required deadlines.
5. Communicate effectively with internal departments as needed.
6. Ensure all project designs adhere to international visual guidelines and meet the highest standards.
7. Select manufacturers offering optimal quality-to-price ratios, monitor projects before installation, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
8. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Executive and Intern to maintain consistency across all activations, including materials, displays, and collateral management.
9. Support regional field teams with installations and launches, and respond promptly to VIP visits at flagship stores in London.
10. Oversee project installations to ensure exemplary execution and provide post-installation feedback for continuous improvement.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
