- Serve as the primary regional liaison for headquarters on clienteling curriculum and projects, including translation, localization, and implementation of training materials.
- Deliver engaging and personalized brand narratives to clients, integrating product knowledge, heritage, and sensory experiences.
- Demonstrate expertise in the brand's fragrance, skincare, and makeup offerings to create immersive client experiences.
- Lead by example in applying the service framework during client interactions and promote its consistent use across teams.
- Manage the full cycle of Key Opinion Specialist (KOS) development, including selection, coaching, performance tracking, and engagement.
- Support the rollout and implementation of the Beauty Consultant Expert and Specialist schemes and Counter Service Menu.
- Collaborate with the Axis team to monitor and follow up on expert and specialist recruitment, ensuring effective enhancement of client experiences.
- Assist in delivering clienteling modules during onboarding and ongoing training sessions, both in-class and digitally.
- Support the rollout of e-learning content related to client engagement.
- Plan and conduct structured new hire onboarding and induction training.
- Conduct field follow-ups to evaluate training application, provide feedback, and reinforce learning retention.
- Organize and follow up on sales competitions to motivate Beauty Consultants to drive cross-selling and enhance client experiences.
- Monitor training effectiveness through store visits, feedback collection, and data analysis, proposing actionable improvements.
- Manage materials and incentive testers related to projects, ensuring accurate inventory control and distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher

- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in retail training, clienteling, service excellence, or store operations, preferably within the luxury or beauty retail sector.
Bachelor’s degree or above
