1. Oversee sales data consolidation for business reporting and analysis.
2. Manage cost through regular communication with the SEA/HKMO team and Finance, fostering a cost-awareness culture.
3. Participate in the budgeting process, planning sales and cost targets with Area Manager and Sales Director.
4. Design and develop data visualization dashboards and reports using key metrics to facilitate business decision-making.
5. Maintain high levels of data governance for dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
6. Analyze data for incentive and sales target setting using Retail Performance KPIs and statistical practices.
7. Act as project manager for key retail operation initiatives via digital tools, ensuring effective rollout.
8. Monitor and analyze the results of new initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement.
9. Oversee the development and implementation of IPOS for boutiques in Macau and Salesforce for new doors.
10. Prepare insights and analysis for the Retail team to define action plans.
11. Compute and coordinate incentive payouts for specific SEA/HKMO markets, measuring ROI of incentive schemes.
12. Spearhead the execution of IPOS/Salesforce across key SEA/HKMO markets, enhancing retail analytics capabilities.
13. Seek improvements in data and business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
14. Track daily costs and coordinate with the team to ensure alignment with Finance data.
15. Create and maintain project and process documentation.
16. Manage GWP and trade tools for POS and events, executing full order cycle of gifts, testers, and POSM.
17. Assist in managing daily operational needs for all stores, providing administrative and logistics support.

1. Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or equivalent analytical experience.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
3. Knowledge and familiarity with the luxury beauty sector are advantageous.
4. Strong organizational skills and effective communication across all organizational levels.
5. Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects.
6. Attention to detail with precise reporting figures.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
8. Basic understanding of Python and R Script is a bonus.
