Parfums Christian Dior Senior Retail Executive

- Drive retail sales by reviewing targets and performance monthly with the Retail Manager.
- Collaborate with field teams, retailers, and training teams to achieve sales objectives through motivation and coaching.
- Work with Retail Manager and Counter Managers on monthly sales order proposals to ensure appropriate stock coverage.
- Plan monthly Beauty Consultant incentives to drive business with Counter Managers.
- Initiate and evaluate Gift With Purchase mechanics for all counters.
- Compile monthly commentary and sales reports, working closely with retailers for timely submissions and feedback on trends and competition.
- Prepare stock-on-hand data and analysis to ensure healthy stockholding and replenishment.
- Communicate competition’s marketing activities to management.
- Ensure operational excellence across all counters, collaborating with stakeholders for timely delivery of saleables, GWPs, testers, POSMs, and trade tools.
- Work with Visual Merchandising team to uphold high standards in-store, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with retailers on order placement, novelty allocations, and operational procedures.
- Manage stock across counters to optimize best sellers and slow movers.
- Provide administrative and logistics support to retail teams and stores.
- Prepare monthly sales performance and KPI reports for each market and brief retail teams.
- Act as the key contact between retailers, retail, Visual Merchandising, and Training through strong collaboration and communication.
- Supervise and execute promotional activities formulated by the Marketing department.
- Ensure preparation and feedback compilation for events and animations.
- Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event or animation.
- Maintain day-to-day follow-up with operation teams on shipments and animations.
- Present new launches and key animations to local teams.
- Negotiate and work on retail operational initiatives with retailers to achieve shared objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Exposure to Travel Retail is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Business-oriented with a sensitivity to numbers and reporting.
- Results and action-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, with exposure to Travel Retail being advantageous.
