1. Drive retail sales by reviewing targets and performance monthly with the Retail Manager.
2. Collaborate with field teams, retailers, and training teams to achieve sales objectives through motivation and coaching.
3. Work with Retail Manager and Counter Managers on monthly sales order proposals to ensure appropriate stock coverage.
4. Plan monthly Beauty Consultant incentives to drive business with Counter Managers.
5. Initiate and evaluate Gift With Purchase mechanics for all counters.
6. Compile monthly commentary and sales reports, working closely with retailers for timely submissions and feedback on trends and competition.
7. Prepare stock-on-hand data and analysis to ensure healthy stockholding and replenishment.
8. Communicate competition’s marketing activities to management.
9. Ensure operational excellence across all counters, collaborating with stakeholders for timely delivery of saleables, GWPs, testers, POSMs, and trade tools.
10. Work with Visual Merchandising team to uphold high standards in-store, aligned with brand guidelines.
11. Collaborate with retailers on order placement, novelty allocations, and operational procedures.
12. Manage stock across counters to optimize best sellers and slow movers.
13. Provide administrative and logistics support to retail teams and stores.
14. Prepare monthly sales performance and KPI reports for each market and brief retail teams.
15. Act as the key contact between retailers, retail, Visual Merchandising, and Training through strong collaboration and communication.
16. Supervise and execute promotional activities formulated by the Marketing department.
17. Ensure preparation and feedback compilation for events and animations.
18. Ensure sufficient manpower coverage at each event or animation.
19. Maintain day-to-day follow-up with operation teams on shipments and animations.
20. Present new launches and key animations to local teams.
21. Negotiate and work on retail operational initiatives with retailers to achieve shared objectives.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
2. Exposure to Travel Retail is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Qlik, and Salesforce is a plus.
3. Business-oriented with a sensitivity to numbers and reporting.
4. Results and action-oriented with problem-solving skills.
5. Strong team player with excellent communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, with exposure to Travel Retail being advantageous.
