- Translate global retail and visual merchandising guidelines into locally tailored concepts.
- Coordinate retail design and visual merchandising projects across various channels.
- Define and update brand standards, layouts, and guidelines.
- Lead complex image projects such as cabins, renovations, and counters as the expert owner.
- Manage external design and visual merchandising providers for assigned projects.
- Monitor and manage the retail design and visual merchandising investment budget on a monthly basis.
- Serve as the key interface with headquarters and brand experience teams on image topics.
- Support the Marketing Director with expert recommendations during arbitration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and retail design.

- Experience with 3D/CAD tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp or equivalent)
- Planogramming and product zoning skills
- Budget management and supplier coordination
- Multi-store installation and implementation management
- Visual merchandising audits, compliance, and brand consistency control
A minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising and retail design is required.
