- Design and implement strategic media plans in alignment with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and business vision.
- Develop and orchestrate comprehensive digital media strategies across paid and owned platforms.

- Analyze ROI and results of integrated media efforts, providing regular reports to team and regional & central teams.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to team members across digital and non-digital media.
- Foster a cohesive team environment based on trust and open communication.
- Minimum of 10 years in paid media and communication roles.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, execution, and analysis.
- Fluency in Korean and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in the cosmetic or luxury market is preferred.
