- Develop and redesign operational processes to meet current and future business needs.
- Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and future-proof operations.
- Provide operational input and execute activities in support of retail stores.
- Manage the pipeline of future store openings in collaboration with Retail Business Development.
- Track retail operations spending against the total budget and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Partner cross-functionally to execute retail openings and activations, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Collaborate with CRM, IT, and other departments to support integration and optimize systems.
- Project manage and implement new technologies, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot operational issues with relevant departments and coordinate services with external vendors.
- Develop and conduct retail operations training programs and identify staff training needs.
- Ensure regular presence in stores to gather feedback and support operations.
- Review store performance regularly and coordinate stock takes in all direct points of sale.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vertical retail, D2C organization, project management, and financials/budgeting.
- Experience in the beauty and fragrances or luxury fashion industry preferred.
- Experience in the design, development, and operation of vertical retail environments.
- Proficiency in evolving or transforming retail operations tools and systems.
- Understanding of IoT and retail technology complexities.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in dynamic environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to translate technical guides into user-friendly materials.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to leverage financial reports to drive business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5-7 years of experience in vertical retail, D2C organization, project management, and financials/budgeting, preferably in the beauty and fragrances or luxury fashion industry.
LVMH Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$145,000, with flexibility to recognize various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
