1. Provide supply chain finance and operations support, including monthly or quarterly communication of costs to Maisons.
2. Develop and manage the manpower budget of the warehouse based on volumes, productivity hypotheses, and absenteeism.
3. Monitor warehouse manpower costs, identifying and explaining variances against the budget.
4. Regularly communicate capex actuals, including authorized, committed, and invoiced amounts.
5. Oversee the monthly closing process for LVMH P&C NA Supply Chain, including accruals communication, P&L maintenance, and allocation key maintenance.
6. Lead monthly reviews with Supply Chain Leadership, reconciling actual vs forecast departmental statements.
7. Manage the finance portion of monthly reviews with LVMH P&C Central Logistics team, explaining trends, variances, and financial impacts.
8. Construct and present semiannual budget and revision processes to LVMH P&C Central leadership team.
9. Act as key contact for large-scale projects, such as Supply Chain 2030, validating cost structures and project ROI.
10. Define ROI for major Capex/Opex projects and contribute to efficiency improvement action plans.
11. Conduct ad-hoc analyses for projects and specific leadership team needs.
12. Serve as the key finance contact for Brand Controllers regarding logistics costs and variance explanations.

1. 7+ years of experience in finance and controlling, preferably in supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing.
2. Experience in luxury goods or CGI is a plus.
3. Project management experience.
4. Financial modeling expertise.
5. Experience presenting to senior leadership is advantageous.

1. Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency in French is a plus.
2. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to challenge internal partners.
4. Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
5. Capability to develop metrics with supply chain leadership.
6. Strong team player and relationship builder.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

The salary range is $140,000-$155,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
