- Provide supply chain finance and operations support, including monthly or quarterly communication of costs to Maisons.
- Develop and manage the manpower budget of the warehouse based on volumes, productivity hypotheses, and absenteeism.
- Monitor warehouse manpower costs, identifying and explaining variances against the budget.
- Regularly communicate capex actuals, including authorized, committed, and invoiced amounts.
- Oversee the monthly closing process for LVMH P&C NA Supply Chain, including accruals communication, P&L maintenance, and allocation key maintenance.
- Lead monthly reviews with Supply Chain Leadership, reconciling actual vs forecast departmental statements.
- Manage the finance portion of monthly reviews with LVMH P&C Central Logistics team, explaining trends, variances, and financial impacts.
- Construct and present semiannual budget and revision processes to LVMH P&C Central leadership team.
- Act as key contact for large-scale projects, such as Supply Chain 2030, validating cost structures and project ROI.
- Define ROI for major Capex/Opex projects and contribute to efficiency improvement action plans.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for projects and specific leadership team needs.
- Serve as the key finance contact for Brand Controllers regarding logistics costs and variance explanations.
- 7+ years of experience in finance and controlling, preferably in supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Experience in luxury goods or CGI is a plus.
- Project management experience.
- Financial modeling expertise.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership is advantageous.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to challenge internal partners.
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Capability to develop metrics with supply chain leadership.
- Strong team player and relationship builder.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
The salary range is $140,000-$155,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
