- Oversee eCommerce operations at the Cranbury Distribution Center and external 3PL facilities.
- Coordinate with Brand and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment on brand implementations and projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure consistent operating processes and service level agreements across sites.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Business Continuity Plan.
- Manage daily 3PL operations and maintain relationships with 3PL providers.
- Facilitate labor cross-training and flexibility across departments.
- Communicate effectively between 3PL, Customer Service, Order Management, and Sales.
- Lead continuous improvement projects within warehousing operations.
- Oversee budget and KPI management, aligning marketing actions with brand outcomes.
- Develop forecasts and cost models based on capacity planning.
- Approve and reconcile 3PL invoices.
- Conduct inventory analysis and oversee cycle counting processes.
- Support contract management with external partners.
- Review processes for stock adjustments and location management.
- Maintain compliance with Internal Audit requirements.
- College degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 7-10 years of management experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience in stakeholder management and project management.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong background in management and logistics operations.

The salary range is $120,000-$130,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
