Parfums Christian Dior Senior Internal Controller

- Define and implement an internal control plan.
- Conduct self-assessment of internal control for headquarters activities (ERICA).
- Organize internal control training sessions.
- Conduct internal control reviews as requested by management.
- Implement action plans resulting from internal audits and interim reviews by auditors.
- Ensure continuous control activities related to the SAP system, including monthly account reviews and access rights management.
- Develop and maintain tools for internal control missions, such as document management, intranet, process mapping, and data analysis.
- Participate in major IT projects during design and testing phases to ensure compliance with internal control requirements.
- Degree from an engineering or business school, or a university degree with a specialization in Information Systems or Finance/Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent systems.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and adaptability skills.
- Ability to identify risks within the organization and information systems and propose action plans.
- Strong ethical values and integrity.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
- Fluency in English (written, spoken, and read).
A minimum of 10 years of experience in audit/internal control, ideally within an audit or consulting firm, complemented by internal control experience in a corporate setting, with expertise in information systems (SAP).
Degree from an engineering or business school, or a university degree with a specialization in Information Systems or Finance/Accounting.
