1. Support Distribution Operations by implementing new or improved processes, testing system functionalities, and developing reports.
2. Oversee and participate in a variety of projects in the Distribution Center, including continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the growth of the supply chain network.
3. Lead projects from design to implementation, including creating business cases, developing and tracking budgets, managing timelines, and providing updates to the leadership team.
4. Perform analysis to support the expansion of the supply chain network.
5. Drive projects and initiatives in collaboration with resources from multiple teams including engineering, DC operations, Beauty Tech (IT), vendors, and other departments.
6. Analyze and evaluate distribution center systems, processes, layout, and tools to implement improvements related to capacity, throughput, productivity, accuracy, or visibility.
7. Develop new processes and test system functionalities to support distribution operations and new customer requirements.
8. Propose and drive recommendations to streamline and standardize processes within the distribution center.
9. Create and update documentation for processes and layouts.

1. 7-10 years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering/science field preferred.

1. Advanced knowledge in Excel, including data management and pivot tables.
2. Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Manhattan.
3. Proficiency in data analysis, report creation, and presenting analytical conclusions.
4. Experience in leading others and managing projects.
5. Familiarity with Labor Management is preferred.
6. Ability to work independently with curiosity, creativity, and innovation.
7. Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of employees and management.
9. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent priorities.
10. Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering/science field preferred.

The salary range is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
