Parfums Christian Dior Senior Industrial Engineer

- Support Distribution Operations by implementing new or improved processes, testing system functionalities, and developing reports.
- Oversee and participate in a variety of projects in the Distribution Center, including continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the growth of the supply chain network.
- Lead projects from design to implementation, including creating business cases, developing and tracking budgets, managing timelines, and providing updates to the leadership team.
- Perform analysis to support the expansion of the supply chain network.
- Drive projects and initiatives in collaboration with resources from multiple teams including engineering, DC operations, Beauty Tech (IT), vendors, and other departments.
- Analyze and evaluate distribution center systems, processes, layout, and tools to implement improvements related to capacity, throughput, productivity, accuracy, or visibility.
- Develop new processes and test system functionalities to support distribution operations and new customer requirements.
- Propose and drive recommendations to streamline and standardize processes within the distribution center.
- Create and update documentation for processes and layouts.
- 7-10 years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering/science field preferred.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, including data management and pivot tables.
- Working knowledge of a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Manhattan.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report creation, and presenting analytical conclusions.
- Experience in leading others and managing projects.
- Familiarity with Labor Management is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with curiosity, creativity, and innovation.
- Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of employees and management.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related engineering/science field preferred.
The salary range is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
