1. Support and lead initiatives to deliver high service and quality for customers and optimal working conditions for distribution center employees.
2. Lead projects from design to implementation, including creating business cases, managing budgets, and providing updates to leadership.
3. Perform analysis to support supply chain network expansion.
4. Drive projects in collaboration with teams from engineering, distribution center operations, IT, vendors, and other departments.
5. Analyze and evaluate distribution center systems and processes to implement improvements in capacity, throughput, productivity, accuracy, or visibility.
6. Develop new processes and test system functionalities to support distribution operations and new customer requirements.
7. Propose and drive recommendations to streamline and standardize distribution center processes.
8. Create and update documentation for processes and layouts.
9. Conduct all other job-related activities.

1. 7-10 years of experience in a distribution center or similar industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

1. Advanced knowledge in Excel, including data management and pivot tables.
2. Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, preferably Manhattan.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to create reports and present conclusions.
4. Experience in leading others and managing projects.
5. Familiarity with continuous improvement initiatives and labor management.
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
8. Highly organized with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a preference for candidates with 7-10 years in a distribution center or similar industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

The salary range is $120,000 - $140,000, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
