- 8+ years of experience in Communications and Celebrity PR within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry.

- Proven track record in executing high-profile events and managing talent partnerships.
- Experience in budget management and strategic allocation of resources.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, strategic environment.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand storytelling and media strategies.
- Impeccable brand representation skills, embodying Dior in all professional interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is advantageous.
