- Ensure Dior Beauty's presence at major regional events such as the Red Sea Film Festival and Joy Awards.
- Oversee the execution of high-impact events, ensuring they reflect Dior's exclusivity and storytelling.
- Lead and develop a Communications Executive, promoting growth and excellence.
- Align with regional and global teams on best practices and campaign execution.
- Monitor KPIs to ensure initiatives enhance Dior's brand equity and desirability.
- Travel within the GCC region or internationally for events and engagements as required.
- 8+ years of experience in Communications and Celebrity PR within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry.
- Established relationships with press, influencers, and celebrity agents in the MENA region.
- Proven track record in executing high-profile events and managing talent partnerships.
- Experience in budget management.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, strategic, and hands-on environment.
- Deep understanding of luxury brand storytelling and earned media strategies.
- Impeccable brand representation skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is advantageous.
