4. Secure wholesale opportunities and enhance Dior's market presence in the UK luxury retail sector.
5. Manage annual budgets and plans to support the 3-year strategy, ensuring alignment across functions.
6. Monitor trading results and develop proposals to enhance performance.
7. Drive P&L enhancement for assigned retailers, ensuring profit targets are met.
8. Act as the primary contact for retailer communications and develop engagement plans to enhance Dior's reputation.
9. Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, building succession plans for long-term development.
10. Oversee strategic, cross-functional projects to drive business performance.

1. 5+ years of experience in the UK market within luxury goods, cosmetics, or retail.
2. Graduate-level education preferred but not essential.
3. Senior management potential with strong personal impact.
4. Understanding and appreciation of the luxury goods industry.
5. Personal affinity with the Dior brand and products.

1. Business planning and strategic vision development.
2. P&L management and financial acumen.
3. Negotiation and stakeholder management.
4. Analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action plans.
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications and IBM Lotus Notes.
6. French language skills are an asset but not essential.

Minimum of 5 years in the UK market in luxury goods, cosmetics, or retail.

Graduate-level education preferred but not essential.
