Parfums Christian Dior Senior Business Controller

- Consolidate, control, and analyze monthly sell-out performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct ad-hoc retail analyses as requested by top management and various departments such as Commerce, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising.
- Play a crucial role in budget preparation, focusing on commercial lines and collaborating with operational teams on sell-out and sell-in projections.
- Contribute to budgetary exercises and presentations.
- Oversee Capex tracking in collaboration with the Store Design team, from budget discussions to accounting control.
- Manage the tracking of loops and visuals with the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring budgetary compliance and accounting accuracy.
- Participate in various financial topics within the Travel Retail EURAFME team and contribute to the evolution of financial tools.
- Supervise a Junior Business Controller.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a focus on finance or management control.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in financial roles, ideally in management control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data processing and analysis.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Experience with SAP.
- Knowledge of PowerBI dashboard development is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive strategic approach.
- Excellent team collaboration and motivational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
