1. Consolidate, control, and analyze monthly sell-out performance, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
2. Conduct ad-hoc retail analyses as requested by top management and various departments such as Commerce, Marketing, and Visual Merchandising.
3. Play a crucial role in budget preparation, focusing on commercial lines and collaborating with operational teams on sell-out and sell-in projections.
4. Contribute to budgetary exercises and presentations.
5. Oversee Capex tracking in collaboration with the Store Design team, from budget discussions to accounting control.
6. Manage the tracking of loops and visuals with the Visual Merchandising team, ensuring budgetary compliance and accounting accuracy.
7. Participate in various financial topics within the Travel Retail EURAFME team and contribute to the evolution of financial tools.
8. Supervise a Junior Business Controller.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, with a focus on finance or management control.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in financial roles, ideally in management control.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data processing and analysis.
2. Fluency in both French and English.
3. Experience with SAP.
4. Knowledge of PowerBI dashboard development is advantageous.
5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work autonomously with a proactive strategic approach.
7. Excellent team collaboration and motivational skills.
