Senior Business Controller

1. Consolidate, control, and analyze monthly sell-out performance.
2. Conduct ad-hoc retail analyses for top management and various departments.
3. Play a key role in budget preparation, focusing on commercial lines.
4. Collaborate with operational teams on sell-out and sell-in projections.
5. Contribute to budget exercise analyses and presentations.
6. Oversee Capex tracking in collaboration with the Store Design team.
7. Manage budget discussions and accounting control for Visual Merchandising.
8. Participate in various financial topics and tool development within the Travel Retail EURAFME team.
9. Manage a Junior Business Controller.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 from a business school or university.
2. 10 years of experience with at least 4 years in financial roles, ideally in management control.
3. Client-centric approach with a passion for contributing to international business performance.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
2. Knowledge of SAP.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
5. Ability to work autonomously with a proactive strategic approach.
6. Teamwork and motivational skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial roles, with a focus on management control.

Bachelor's degree equivalent to BAC+5 from a business school or university.
