Christian Dior Sell In & Demand Planning Manager

- Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, transforming sales forecasts into actionable demand plans to influence market performance and financial objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of 'Sell-In' sales by client and SKU, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead negotiations and set 'Sell-In' targets with Key Account Managers and key clients, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Mentor and guide a team including a Demand Management Coordinator, CPFR Analyst, and Key Account Managers, ensuring strategic plan execution.
- Develop and implement the annual 'Sell-In' strategy and product purchasing budget, aligning with general management's business goals.
- 7-10 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Sales Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is highly valued.
- Certified in Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP) or S&OP Methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
- Deep understanding of forecasting and demand planning models, S&OP processes, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, APO, Anaplan).
- Advanced team leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Effective strategic communication.
- Knowledge of the retail market in Mexico and market dynamics.
A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have held leadership roles within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
