1. Drive the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle, transforming sales forecasts into actionable demand plans to influence market performance and financial objectives.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of 'Sell-In' sales by client and SKU, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize revenue and market share.
3. Lead negotiations and set 'Sell-In' targets with Key Account Managers and key clients, fostering collaborative relationships.
4. Mentor and guide a team including a Demand Management Coordinator, CPFR Analyst, and Key Account Managers, ensuring strategic plan execution.
5. Develop and implement the annual 'Sell-In' strategy and product purchasing budget, aligning with general management's business goals.

1. 7-10 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Sales Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
2. Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is highly valued.
3. Certified in Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP) or S&OP Methodologies is a plus.
4. Proficiency in English.

1. Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical skills.
2. Deep understanding of forecasting and demand planning models, S&OP processes, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, APO, Anaplan).
3. Advanced team leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
4. Effective strategic communication.
5. Knowledge of the retail market in Mexico and market dynamics.

A minimum of 5 years of experience is required, with a preference for candidates who have held leadership roles within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
