1. Understand the organizational environment of Parfums Christian Dior to identify the challenges and actions of the Security Department.
2. Participate in defining strategy, setting objectives, and projecting necessary KPIs.
3. Establish, train, and lead the site's Security Reference Community, comprising approximately fifty members.
4. Create and present security updates during management meetings, including safety indicators and general information sessions.
5. Develop multi-user support materials for awareness actions on security-related topics such as malice, anti-corruption, social media, and confidentiality.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement actions of the service aligned with the company's deployment plan.

1. Pursuing a degree in security/safety of property and people at a Bachelor's +4/5 level (University, Specialized School, or equivalent).
2. Possess foundational regulatory knowledge of the profession.
3. Previous experience through an internship or apprenticeship in an industrial security environment.

3. Strong communication skills, both in meetings and in presenting information clearly and concisely.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Entry-level experience, ideally gained through a previous internship or apprenticeship in a related field.

Pursuing a Bachelor's +4/5 level degree in security/safety.
