1. Conduct weekly monitoring of the company's security events, maintain and update the list and tracking of filed complaints, analyze employee reports, and propose improvements.
2. Monitor international employee travel weekly, provide alerts for special assistance needs, and contribute to crisis management efforts.
3. Utilize a security monitoring tool to create and distribute security intelligence summaries, focusing on major and immediate risks.
4. Engage with the security network and employees to promote security awareness and share best practices.
5. Maintain and enhance the security-dedicated intranet, including implementing an English version for global regions.
6. Prepare and manage the secretariat for internal security network meetings.
7. Update and manage the security department's action plans.
8. Contribute to transformation projects led by the security department.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Policy, specializing in Security and Defense or equivalent.
