1. Assist the FOCUS Program Director in daily project activities.
2. Update dashboards and project management tools.
3. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of schedules, including kick-offs, project committees, and steering committees.
4. Organize and prepare decision-making instances for the FOCUS program.
5. Propose improvements in project management processes.
6. Participate in risk analysis and implementation of action plans.
7. Ensure liaison and coordination between internal teams, Beauty Division contacts, and service providers.
8. Contribute to internal communication regarding project progress.
9. Prepare meetings for sponsors, including organization, materials, and minutes.
10. Participate in budget management and resource allocation for the project.
11. Manage project documents and archives.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in university, business school, or engineering school with an interest in project and program management in an international environment.

1. Strong formalization, analysis, and synthesis capabilities.
2. Adaptability and persuasion to interact effectively and propose solutions to various stakeholders.
3. Excellent communication skills in French and English.
4. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5).
