LVMH Beauty Tech serves as the dedicated technology team for LVMH's expansive Beauty Division, which encompasses over 30,000 employees globally. This division is part of the prestigious LVMH conglomerate, known for its luxury brands. The Beauty Tech team consists of more than 400 professionals across 27 countries, providing innovative technical solutions to esteemed Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, and Fenty Beauty. The team is committed to supporting the unique needs of each Maison while driving transformation through shared solutions and core models.

1. Design, develop, and integrate functionalities on SAP BTP Public Cloud during the initial phase.
2. Integrate SAP S/4 Cloud with external systems, including security management.
3. Automate workflows and processes.
4. Support developers in implementing S/4 HANA standard capabilities.
5. Support data management and analytics.
6. Lead and manage a team of SAP BTP specialists during the deployment phase, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
7. Ensure compliance with architecture standards, security policies, and IT best practices.
8. Contribute to the strategic roadmap for SAP BTP, identifying optimization opportunities.
9. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
10. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their technical expertise and career growth.

1. 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams (SAP), including 3+ years focused on SAP BTP and related cloud technologies.
2. Deep knowledge of SAP BTP services and capabilities.
3. Experience with Agile development methodologies and enterprise architecture.
4. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Strong technical skills in cloud architecture, integration, application development, data management, and AI.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to federate cross-functional teams and engage with business stakeholders.

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading technical teams, with at least 3 years focused on SAP BTP and related cloud technologies.
