1. Design, develop, and integrate functionalities on SAP BTP Public Cloud during the initial phase.
2. Integrate SAP S/4 Cloud with external systems, including security management.
3. Automate workflows and processes.
4. Support developers in implementing SAP S/4 HANA standard capabilities.
5. Lead and manage a team of SAP BTP specialists during the deployment phase.
6. Ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence for all SAP BTP deliverables.
7. Guarantee compliance with architecture standards, security policies, and IT best practices.
8. Contribute to the strategic roadmap for SAP BTP, identifying optimization opportunities.
9. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
10. Mentor and develop team members, supporting their technical expertise and career growth.

1. 10+ years of experience in leading technical teams (SAP), including 3+ years focused on SAP BTP and related cloud technologies.
2. Deep knowledge of SAP BTP services and capabilities.
3. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Strong technical skills in cloud architecture, integration, application development, data management, and AI.
2. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
3. Knowledge of enterprise architecture.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to federate cross-functional teams and engage with business stakeholders.

Minimum 10 years of experience in leading technical teams, with at least 3 years focused on SAP BTP and related cloud technologies.
