1. Collect, analyze, and prepare market data for reports and presentations.
2. Prepare order proposals and monitor the ordering process for novelties and animations.
3. Manage product returns with partners.
4. Coordinate and track monthly schedules for Beauty Consultants (BCs) and handle administrative tasks.
5. Oversee grooming product orders for the team.
6. Compile data for monthly BC targets and bonuses.
7. Coordinate BCs' work and distribute weekly newsletters.
8. Organize spraying campaigns at retailers in collaboration with external agencies.
9. Plan and execute point-of-sale support for local initiatives.
10. Manage sales contests for retailers.
11. Assist in organizing events for central and local initiatives.
12. Create purchase orders in SAP for the commercial department.
13. Process invoices for in-chain and cooperative investments.
14. Analyze stock and provide order proposals to retailers.
15. Prepare price changes in accordance with central guidelines.
16. Deliver timely recurring and ad-hoc reports, summaries, and presentations.
17. Organize meetings with retailers and coordinate internal and external meetings.
18. Facilitate information sharing between the field sales team and relevant departments.
19. Collect and integrate sell-out data for EPCD reporting.
20. Prepare POS evaluation letters in collaboration with the Sales Supervisor.
21. Submit customer complaints to Customer Service.
22. Manage and update sales-related content on company platforms.
23. Provide administrative support to the sales department.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

3. Data analysis and presentation capabilities.
4. Self-motivated and able to work independently.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field is required.
