1. Support the commercial strategy of DIOR Perfumes by participating in sell-in development and sales activations.
2. Conduct sales, KPIs, market, and competitor analyses.
3. Provide administrative support to the commercial team.
4. Supervise field team operations and optimize commercial processes and objectives.
5. Ensure effective implementation of merchandising strategies at points of sale.
6. Coordinate with trade, marketing, and other departments.
7. Contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales success and identify new sales opportunities.
8. Prepare and support seminars.
9. Assist in the development of new sales plans and reports.
10. Coordinate and prepare sales incentives.

1. Degree in Business Administration or related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 level); proficiency in French is a plus.
3. Eligibility to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.

Previous experience in sales is valuable but not mandatory.
